Because I just can't help myself... and I love Masterpiece Classic period dramas, I am posting these photos from the most recent series. Birdsong is adapted by a book of the same name by Sebastian Faulk. It's a love story between Isabelle (Clemence Poesy) and Steven ( Eddie Redmayne) set against the backdrop of World War I. It's a very visual program, not a ton of dialogue. I couldn't find photos of Isabelle's beautiful manor in Amiens where they begin their affair.
Oh my goodness. Another one to watch!
